Scuba service – finally easy!
Scuba service has always been challenging. Finding qualified, factory trained technicians with a state-of-the-art facility capable of handling your life-support equipment has been limited at best. We have solved this problem.
Add Helium’s VIP service is made of three distinct steps in order to bring the best possible service.
1. Ship-A-Box Program
If you live down the street or across the country, Add Helium can handle all your service needs. We make it easy – call or email us and we’ll send you a box and packing materials. Place the pre-printed label on the outside and let us handle the rest. We’ll arrange for pick-up of your equipment, and get it to our facility safe and secure. Our factory-trained technicians will inspect your equipment and no work will be performed without your express permission.
2. Step-by-Step customer tracking
When your equipment arrives it is immediately entered into our custom service system. You will be alerted by email and assigned a service tracking number. Each time your equipment moved through the various steps of service it will be noted in your service ticket and you will be notified via email of the progress. This continues all the way to when the equipment is shipped back to you with shipping tracking information. We keep you posted of your service step-by-step, instantly! Of course, you will be welcome to call during business hours anytime…we actually answer our phones!
3. State-of-the-art service system
Our state-of-the-art service department has the latest equipment to ensure a quality repair. In addition to the usual service equipment, Add Helium has the most advanced regulator testing system usually reserved to meet the standards of government and military requirements. This advanced A.I.R. (atmospheric inhalation resistance) flow test stand ensures the service of regulators meets manufacturers specification. The test information is provided with every regulator we service to the customer in the form of a thumb drive so the owner can maintain service records for all their equipment.
