Private or Semi-private class
This class is designed to provide Open Water Divers with a safer breathing medium for enjoying dives from 40 to 130 feet depth ranges using Nitrox mixtures from 21%- 40% oxygen. Nitrox Divers enjoy longer bottom-time and shorter surface intervals with an increased margin of safety.
Participation requires an Open Water Diver Certification and consists of one classroom session with exam.
$150 includes private/semi-private instruction, certification costs, study materials and lecture.
Appropriate Open Water equipment suitable to the environment you will be diving in and a Nitrox dive computer is recommended.
After receiving this certification you can now dive longer and safer than when using air. You are now eligible to obtain your Advanced Open Water Diver, Deep Diver Certification , Wreck or Cavern Diver Certification.
